Services
The Hotel Dorottya Event Centre offers a large scale of services – from rental of technical devices to active event planning and management.
Basic equipment and free services:
- organization assistance and availability during the event
- onetime furnishing
- cloakroom with personnel
- flipchart, screen, laser pointer, pinwand, basic sound system (micro), information board.
Services with extra charge:
- technician, hostess
- external suppliers
- decoration, installations
- reorganization of furniture, extra cleaning
- projector, mobile micro and extra sound system (eg. musical events), translator equipment, etc.
The use of own devices is subject to prior notice and permission.

Special occasions
The Mirror Hall - having the largest capacity in the region - and the smaller function rooms are perfectly suitable to host unique and special events like the traditional Dorottya Ball and Town Ball, or private and corporate banquettes, weddings.
All special occasions become even more special once our experienced event managers assist you in making the day. No matter if its a gala dinner or a memorable wedding – we are happy to assist you with our experience and creativity.
